RUNAWAY'S ROAD

This isn't as gud,but apart from the bourne series n lord of the rings,the sequels have hardly ever matched upto the originals :) (for the uninitiated read the poem RUNAWAY first)

Maybe it has just been a while,
But a lifetime it seems,
As he walks everything fades away,
Like an early morning dream.

Keep moving he told himself,
It doesnt matter what you have done or could do,
All the matters is,at this moment,
What is supposed to be done by you.

So he has no dreams for his future,
No regrets about his past,
But what he has at this moment,
He wishes for an eternity it could last.

A conscience that wouldn't question him,
If he ever fell down again,
But will tell him 'get up,trot ahead',
While it silently soothes his pain.

This spirit becomes his new strength,
As he comes to face with the same situation,
The realization of the fact that,
Maybe his journeys are his destination.
