Don't you just love the attention?
Making me wait for you,
after asking me to be early,
& now sending messages,
about what you are deciding to do.

For your stamp of approval,
there's always a queue it seems,
you check if the baggage I carried
all these years, is light enough,
You screen my dreams.

And then you play hard to get,
Telling me to wait for your call.

Know those right moments

So let's step inside those screens

Quicksand..

In the wilderness of this world,
we run together,
hand in hand,
chased by creatures of our past.

On this trail of emotions,
We tread with trepidation,

hoping each moment,

for time to camouflage our tracks.

Lost in the frenzy of getting lost,
We walk unknowingly through,
that foliage of friendship,
into the quicksand of love.
